House Rules

To make your stay and that of the other guests as pleasant as possible, we have laid down a number of house rules in the Park Regulations. We kindly ask you to comply with these and follow the instructions of the staff during your stay. If you violate the Park Regulations and/or do not follow the instructions of the staff, Summio Waterpark Zwartkruis has the right to immediately remove you and any visitors from the water park. In this case you lose the right to restitution of the deposit and/or rent or part thereof.

Nature & Environment
- Walk only on the paths that have been laid out and do not walk through all (grass) gardens. Please dispose of rubbish in the waste bins provided. Please throw full rubbish bags into the containers as soon as possible, in connection with vermin.
- To protect the environment, we separate waste at our water park. You can help us. To hand in your waste, you can go to the waste disposal area on our park. The waste disposal area is located at the entrance. You can come here for residual waste, plastic waste, old paper and glass.

Safety

- Stick to the maximum speed limit on the park.

- Making open fires is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside.

- Use barbecues only on pavement and not on wooden terraces. There could be a fire hazard here.

Sound equipment
The use of sound equipment, such as music boxes, is allowed in the accommodation. The noise level must not be audible to other guests in the park.

Between 11pm and 8am, it should be quiet and peaceful on the park and in the villas. Please try to be considerate of your neighbours by not causing any nuisance. It is also not allowed to swim or use the outdoor hot tub or sauna between these times.

Alcohol & Narcotics
Consuming alcohol is allowed in the residence. Walking around the park with drinks is not allowed. Guests outside the residence who are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be immediately removed from the water park. The use of narcotics, laughing gas and drugs is strictly prohibited.

Pets
Pets are welcome at Summio Waterpark Zwartkruis. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and carrying a scoop and/or bag is mandatory.

Please note that some accommodation does not allow pets.

Visitors

If you receive visitors, they are the responsibility of the tenant of the accommodation. Visitors can use the general car park. Visitors staying overnight must be registered at reception. No more persons may stay overnight in the accommodation than the number of persons for whom the accommodation is intended.

Parking

You can park your car for free at your accommodation or at the central car park at the entrance to the water park. Each villa has 2 parking spaces, other cars can be parked at the central car park.

Due to accessibility for emergency services, cars are not allowed to park in other places.

Use of accommodation

- Treat your accommodation with care. Do not use furniture inside outside.

- Tents and swimming pools are not allowed near the accommodation.

- The use of drones is not allowed at the park for safety reasons.

- We would kindly ask you to leave your accommodation on departure as you found it when you received it. Please do not leave dirty dishes, remove your bedding and do not forget your belongings. Switch off all lights, close the windows and doors, put the duvets at the foot end, laundry may be collected in the hallway next to the front door and empty the fridge and dishwasher.
